Had a marvelous run in the beautiful Boise Foothills this morning. My diet this weekend was not as good as I intended as I had company and they like to eat out and drink.

Why is it so easy to eat well during the week but so difficult to eat well during the weekend? Another question. Shouldn't eating healthy 5 out of 7 days out weigh the the 2 days that I eat crappy?
